 This 4 Year YCR On-Site Swap Out Warranty applies to the SRP-275, SRP-350, SRP-350 Plus and SRP-770 printers for a period of 48 months from purchase date of registered printer. A one off cost of £25.00 per printer (UK mainland) £35.00 (Highlands and Islands) applies. Register online within 5 days of purchase.
On the report of a broken printer that is covered by the Swap Out Warranty a replacement would be sent direct to the end user address for next working day delivery U.K. mainland or, two working days for Highlands and Islands.
The warranty would cover all parts including power supply, thermal or dot head and labour cost. Collection of broken printer from site and delivery of replacement printer is also included.
Full and correct details of all printers to be covered must be provided on the registration form or further charges may be incurred as a result of incomplete or wrong information being supplied. We need a separate form for each installation address of the printers or, if there is more than one type of printer on site. |
